My Monday

Well today was a full filling day, I cooked some baked mac and cheese, mash potatoes, biscuits and fried okra. I cooked the biscuits in my cast iron biscuit pan, and boy did they rise. Perry ate one with some of the homemade strawberry jam I had made, and he enjoyed every bite.I got the dressers moved to our bedroom, trying to get the spare bedroom fixed up for my grand kids, They can sleep, play games, and watch movies in their own room. I have really enjoyed not working any more, I can bake, study and pray in the word. Just do nothing if I choose to. It is so wonderful, and I am a blessed woman. My lord blesses me each day of my life, and I have a wonderful family and husband.The homemade rasberry glaze I made for the cheesecake turned out good.
